Great board
By Phil
I bought this board to replace my 2009 Burton Twin ICS. First impressions: very responsive, super stable at speed, playful at the tip and tail.I love the asymmetric heel, I didn't believe that it would make a big a difference but boy was I wrong. Heelside carves and turns are so much sharper and easier to initiate than on my Burton Twin. The board has a lot of spring out of turns and edge to edge transitions are very easy. It's also very stable at speed, much more stable than my old setup, however this board is 5cm longer than my Twin so much of that has to due with the increased length. I didn't know how I'd feel about the rocker at the tip and tail but after riding it I really like having that playfulness at the tips when you want it but still having the responsiveness and snap of camber through the center. Buttering and pressing are a lot more fun and takes a lot less effort than with my old board, which was camber throughout. Also, having a little rocker at the tips seems to help with landing jumps. I was able to salvage a few landings which probably would have been disastrous on my old board. Overall, I'm very happy with this board and I plan to purchase more Yes. products in the future.Current Setup:Yes. The Greats 156cmRegular +15/-12 at the referenceI'm 5'7" approx 165lbs.
